These Terms of Service apply when you visit or make a purchase from Microtech Online Store at microtechshop.co.za. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We try to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens and devices. Product availability can change, and adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you to discuss an appropriate next step, such as a refund or an alternative you agree to.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. The price and any delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be authorized through the payment methods offered at checkout.

If a price or listing error affects your order, we’ll contact you before processing it. If we cannot agree on how to proceed, we’ll cancel the affected order and refund any payment received for it.

After you submit an order, we’ll send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed for fulfilment.

We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, payment is not authorized, a listing contains a material error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we’ll arrange a refund for the amount paid.

Delivery estimates and charges are provided at checkout or in our shipping information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
